Service Description
I offer a free 15‑minute introductory call to help you get a feel for whether therapy with me feels like the right next step. This short, no‑obligation call is simply a chance for us to connect. You can share a little about what’s been going on for you, what has brought you to therapy, or what you’re hoping to explore — and you’re welcome to ask me any questions you might have about how I work. Many people find that just talking things through for a few minutes helps them feel clearer and more at ease about taking that first step. During the call, I can explain my integrative approach, which means I draw on a range of evidence‑based therapies — including CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, and trauma‑informed models — and adapt the way I work to meet you where you are. Some sessions might be more reflective and exploratory, while others might feel more practical or focused on specific tools and strategies. My aim is always to create a calm, compassionate space where you can begin to make sense of what’s been difficult without pressure or judgement. If you’re feeling unsure about starting therapy, or you’ve never had therapy before, this call is an easy first step. There’s no commitment to continue afterwards — it’s simply a way for you to see if working together feels like a good fit, and to ask any questions that will help you make an informed decision.
