Supervision with Me.

Clinical Supervision

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol) and registered Clinical Supervisor with the British Psychological Society (RAPPS), and I work in line with the ethical frameworks of the BPS, HCPC, and BACP.

I offer clinical supervision for counselling psychologists, psychotherapists, and trainees who are looking for a reflective, supportive, and thoughtful space to explore their clinical work.

Supervision provides an opportunity to step back from the pace of practice and think more deeply about the work — not only in relation to your clients, but also your own experience as a practitioner.

Whether you are in training or established in your work, supervision can be a space to reflect, develop, and feel supported in the complexity of what you hold.

My Approach

My approach to supervision is grounded in the same values that underpin my therapeutic work — curiosity, collaboration, and a deep respect for each practitioner’s individual way of working.

I work integratively, drawing from existential, humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural perspectives. This allows us to think about the work from multiple angles — including relational dynamics, unconscious processes, and the broader context in which both therapist and client are situated.

Alongside clinical thinking, I also hold in mind the emotional impact of the work. I aim to create a space where you can reflect not only on what is happening for your clients, but also what it feels like to be with them — particularly when the work feels complex, uncertain, or challenging.
